Cookie policy
Updated October 13, 2026. This policy applies to the website lunoa.fi, operated by Lunoa Solutions Oy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way. They help a site remember your choices and show us how it is used.
2. Legal basis
We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Finnish Data Protection Act (1050/2018) and the Finnish Act on Electronic Communications Services (917/2014).
- Strictly necessary storage does not need your consent.
- Everything else, such as analytics, needs your explicit consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
3. What this site uses
3.1 Necessary: no cookies
Without your permission, this site sets no cookies. It stores the following in your browser's local storage. None of it contains personal data, and none of it leaves your browser.

Fonts are loaded from our own server. The only third-party content is the Calendly booking window, which loads from calendly.com only after you click the booking button. Inside that window Calendly sets its own cookies under its own cookie notice.
3.2 Analytics: only with your consent
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are viewed, how long visits last, which devices and browsers are used, approximate location (country and city) and where visitors came from. We do not link this data to your name. The Google script loads only after you allow analytics, so until then Google receives no data from the site. We have turned off Google Signals and ad personalization.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
3.3 Marketing
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
4. How to control cookies
4.1 On this site
Use the banner when it appears, or open at any time. You can allow analytics or choose only necessary storage.
4.2 In your browser
- Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings, Privacy and Security.
- Safari: Settings, Privacy.
- Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions.
Blocking all storage may affect how the site works, for example the free design application may show again.
4.3 Google
You can manage Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Google may transfer analytics data to the United States and other countries. Transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and Google's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
6. Deleting cookies
You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. This also removes your cookie choice, so we will ask you again. It does not stop new cookies if you allow them again.
7. Managing your consent
- Consent is voluntary, and you can use the site without allowing analytics.
- We store your choice for 12 months and then ask again.
- You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
8. Changes
We update this policy when our cookies or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest update.
